About Momodou Sawaneh
I am your Local Real Estate Agent representing United Real Estate Hudson Valley Edge and Sawaneh Homes LLC. My passion for real estate originated in 2013 when I purchased my home in the Bronx. The help I received from my realtor then, inspired me to become a Real Estate Agent to help more people find their dream homes at the same time help sellers sell their homes netting the kind of money they want in their pockets while eliminating the hassle and time to look for buyers.
This one investment move changed my approach to not only becoming a homeowner but becoming someone willing to make many people fulfill their real estate investment goals. I decided to join Kelly Williams in 2018, where I work on leads and different transactions to build up my career as an agent.
With the knowledge, exposure, and access to tons of real estate databases, coupled with my communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and preparedness, I believe I can provide the kind of services homeowners or buyers would need without hesitation or doubt. I have a track record of delivering services not just to get a deal go through, but to bring satisfaction to clients by providing firsthand information to make investment decisions. I hope you’ll be the client I can provide exceptional service to with great satisfaction.
My professional experience spans over two decades. It all began in 1999 when I began my career at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where I fulfilled the role of a Technical Support Specialist for a duration of eight years. Following this, I embarked on a 12-year journey with Amalgamated Bank, where I held the position of Network Support Engineer and later progressed to Assistant Vice President. In 2020, I transitioned to Zoetis, where I currently serve as a Diagnostic Connectivity Support Engineer. In this capacity, my responsibilities include providing support to the level 2 diagnostic team and conducting in-depth analysis of log files and databases.
I hold an undergraduate degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in information systems from Pace University. Currently, I am in the process of completing my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, focusing on my dissertation.
